Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tamkeen Technology's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Tamkeen Technology provides AI automation services including but not limited to:

• AI-powered customer support chatbots
• Lead generation and qualification systems
• Appointment scheduling automation
• Email and content automation
• Custom AI solutions for business processes

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Payment Terms

• Setup fees are due before service implementation begins
• Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same date each month
• All fees are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and subject to applicable taxes
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use the service for fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Overload or abuse the service infrastructure

Data Ownership and Privacy

• You retain ownership of all data you provide to our services
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services
• All data is stored in compliance with Saudi data protection laws
• Data residency requirements are met for all Saudi customers
• We implement industry-standard security measures

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for significant changes that may affect your use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

Tamkeen Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Intellectual Property

• Our AI models, software, and proprietary technology remain our property
• You grant us permission to use your data to provide and improve services
• Any custom developments may be subject to separate IP agreements
• You must respect third-party intellectual property rights

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, you will receive your data in a standard format.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
